THE PRODUCTION ON DEMAND SERVICE DOES NOT ADMIT RETURNS

We design fashion and offer it to the consumer in an intelligent way under the most sustainable production system possible: production on demand. In this way we balance finite resources with infinite ideas. Sustainability is important for business and for life, that is why we work with production on demand, without stock, in order to our clients appreciate that they have a unique and exclusive product made to their demand.

 

For this reason, the products ordered by the consumer through this site, https://leonardeschi.com, do not admit a return when paying for a production service on demand for products for sale personalized with our brand and design, according to 16 article of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. According to this article in section (a), “the right of withdrawal set out in articles 9 to 15 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards the following: (a) service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader”.

 

Thus, once the product has been chosen and paid for, the manufacturing request service is completed, which is immediately received at the factory and its production is processed, to finally being sent to the buyer.

 

Also, our products have the exception to the right of withdrawal according to this European regulation in section (c) because in our production service on demand we have personalized the products with our brand and design to be pleasing to you, and you choose it because accept our custom brand and design. For this reason, "the right of withdrawal set out in articles 9 to 15 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards the following: (c) the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized”.

 

However, there is the possibility provided by law to request a refund in the following cases of returns:

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. What do I do?

We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as quickly as possible, please email us within a week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

 

REFUND POLICY

In the event that the ordered item is received defective, damaged or incorrect, we have a return policy of 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 October 2011, in its article 9, on the rights of consumers.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email: leonardeschi@yahoo.com, if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it. For this you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Received your communication by email, if your return is accepted, we will send you a reply, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

REFUNDS

Once the refund is approved, it will be made to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, if any, and in its original packaging, in accordance with article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 25, 2011, on the rights of consumers, in its section (e): “the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery”.

 

 

MAKE SURE BEFORE

Before contacting us to claim an order not received, please help us by following these steps:

 

• Order Tracking: If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped.

• Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.

• Ask about your order at your local post office.

• Ask your neighbours if the carrier had left your package for them.

 

Avoid robberies. If you will not be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you will be.

 

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbours, contact us by email with your order number to: leonardeschi@yahoo.com.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we could send your product again, but you will have to bear the costs.
